Remove Facebook / Instagram data

You can delete the data Autopilot Marketing holds for a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account in any of these ways:

• In Autopilot Marketing: open Dashboard → Social and click Deactivate on the account. Workspace owners can also delete the brand, which removes its accounts, posts, and comments.
• In Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, remove Autopilot Marketing, and choose to delete data. We receive the request automatically, erase the stored Page tokens, and disconnect the accounts.
• By email: write to care@zenonco.io from the address on your account with the Page or workspace name. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Page and Instagram access tokens, account links, and on request the comments and replies we stored for that account. Billing records we must keep by law are retained only as required.
