By creating a workspace or using Autopilot Marketing, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure.
- You keep ownership of the content you upload or generate. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, and publish it to the accounts you connect.
- You must only connect social accounts you are authorized to manage and must review automated posts and replies for accuracy and compliance.
Connected platforms
Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, and other networks is subject to those platforms' terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms. Platforms may limit, reject, or remove content, and we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.
Acceptable use
- No spam, misleading claims, harassment, or content that violates law or platform rules.
- No attempts to access other workspaces, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. AI features consume credits as shown in the app. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated content may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
